E-commerce workflow triggers
Trigger workflows based on real-time customer behavior. You can automatically follow up when someone abandons a cart, completes a purchase or buys a specific product.
That means no more building custom segments or relying on third-party tools like Zapier. Just better-timed, behavior-based emails that convert.
We’ve also introduced 9 new workflow templates to help you get started quickly, including:

- 3 purchase follow-up templates
With these e-commerce workflows, you can:
- Recover lost sales by reminding customers what they left behind
- Drive more conversions with emails that show product images and direct cart links
- Nurture repeat purchases with thank-you messages, review requests and upsells
Only confirmed subscribers receive marketing emails, and your first abandoned cart email is treated as a transactional message. So even buyers who haven’t opted in can receive that first recovery message right away.
Subscriptions
Now you can sell subscriptions directly through Flodesk Checkout. Offer recurring payments for memberships, coaching programs, paid newsletters or any other ongoing offer. You can choose monthly, quarterly or annual billing, and even apply discounts to encourage adoption.
Track active subscribers, revenue and churn directly in your Checkout dashboard. Your subscribers can manage their billing or cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal.
This feature makes it easier to monetize your audience without needing multiple tools. Create paid newsletters or member-only content, and automate billing and email delivery in one place.
Team seats
You can now add up to three teammates to your Flodesk account and assign each one a specific role. No more shared logins or access confusion. From Editors to Admins, everyone gets the right level of access for their role.
Team seats simplify collaboration while giving you full control over who sees what and who can make changes. Whether you’re working with a virtual assistant or a growing team, it’s easy to manage access from your dashboard.
Canva integration
With Canva now integrated directly into your Flodesk builder, you can design stunning graphics and bring them into your emails, checkouts and forms without switching tabs or juggling tools. It’s never been easier to align your brand visuals across channels.
Advanced audience filtering
It’s now easier to identify and manage subscribers based on their engagement using Flodesk’s audience filters. Whether you’re cleaning up your list or want to create a segment with your top subscribers, these tools help you find the right subscribers for your email strategy.
More advanced workflow features
Workflows are now more flexible, intuitive and powerful. You can trigger automations as soon as a subscriber completes a form, making it easier than ever to start workflows without needing to create or manage segments.
You can also start workflows for subscribers who already exist in a segment. No need to rebuild or filter manually. Just click to add them and go.
Plus, subscribers can now re-enter workflows. That means you can offer courses or freebies multiple times, or run a reusable drip series without duplicating forms or building new workflows.
Excluding specific segments from workflows is now possible too. It’s the easiest way to avoid duplicate content and ensure your audience receives the right messages at the right time.
Additional improvements include:
- Edit time delays without interrupting workflows
- The option to add a specific year to the calendar day when scheduling time delays
- The ability to republish workflows even if a delay date has passed
- Soft bounce protection to keep subscribers moving forward, even when there’s a temporary delivery issue

Flexible payments: Buy Now Pay Later, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Checkout is now faster and more flexible with support for Buy Now, Pay Later options, Apple Pay and Google Pay. These payment methods reduce friction, increase trust and give customers more ways to say yes to what you’re selling.
