Table of contents
Your Flodesk account holds a lot. Emails, workflows, forms, checkout pages—over time, the list grows. Three view options let you organize your content in whatever way makes the most sense for how you work: card view, list view, and calendar view.
Here’s what each one does and when to reach for it.
Card view: the visual overview
Card view is the default. Each piece of content appears as a thumbnail preview, so you can browse visually rather than by name alone.. This is especially useful when you’re working across multiple campaigns in a similar category and want to spot a specific design at a glance.
Card view is available across all sections of Flodesk: Emails, Workflows, Forms, and Checkouts.
List view: fast access to what’s actually happening
List view switches from visual previews to a clean, scannable list, with top-level metrics visible right inline: open rates, send dates, and recipient counts. No clicking into individual cards required.
This is the view to use when you’re auditing performance across campaigns, searching for an email by name, or comparing stats. You can also sort by send date or recipients to find what you need faster, without bouncing in and out of individual emails.
Like card view, list view is available across all sections of Flodesk: Emails, Workflows, Forms, and Checkouts.
Calendar view: your send schedule, mapped out
Calendar view shows your campaign emails on a monthly or weekly calendar—everything sent, scheduled, and planned, all in one place. Drag emails to new dates to reschedule on the fly, and add placeholder emails directly from the calendar to hold a slot while you’re still building.
This view is exclusively for the Emails section. It’s especially useful when timing and pacing matter—like launch sequences and promotional campaigns—or just for making sure you’re not sending too many emails in the same week.
Finding the view that fits
There’s no single right answer. Some people prefer list view for the speed and inline metrics; others stay in card view and switch to calendar when they’re in planning mode. The point is that your content should be easy to navigate, however your brain works. To switch views, use the view toggle in the top right corner of any section in Flodesk. Your view preference saves automatically, so it’ll be there the next time you log in.
